Ideal call: Homeowner / decision maker looking for a free in home estimate that has been impacted by water damage. Flooded basements, frozen / busted pipes, flooding, crawlspaces, etc.
Not ideal – Water damage electronics, City Water Department calls.

Commercial and Residential Water Damage. If your property has been damaged by water caused by flooding or water leaks, we have the experience, expertise and equipment to restore your property properly. Our water removal and cleanup process also provides validation and documentation that your property is dry.

Water removal, extraction, dry out, etc are all the same. The fine line gets into the repairing of the home itself. If we see calls jsut for reconstruction (not just from water damage) they are going to have a bad time because a % of our contractors do not provide that service, though some do. It really becomes a fine line.

Water removal from a flood (rain, busted water line, busted hotwater tank, etc) are all great leads. I have a small water spot from my AC unit not so great

The core service our water damage contractors is providing the clean-up of water in a home and drying out the structure. This may mean them cutting into drywall to dry it out properly. Tearing up carpet to get to pads below for drying up the wet wood so it doesn’t get warped. This prevents the occurence of mold in the wet area. Secondary services are the remodeling of the home.
