Older than 19 years old

Have an immigration status (Citizen, Resident, parole, release letter, etc) people with social security only.

Currently working or planning to submit taxes next year (if they do not submit taxes , they don’t qualify)

If they are not in the states we have coverage, they don’t qualify as well.
