In this way, you post an ad on different search engines and associate the ad with different keywords, when the customer hit those keywords and click on the link of yours; he is directed to a toll free number in place of landing on a landing page. That is a free call in the hands of customer and advertiser only pays when the customer actually dials the call. In this way, the probability of an increase in conversion rate is increased. This pay per call system is benefiting both the customers and advertisers, and obviously the affiliates!
