Tips to Increase Performance

Want to improve the payouts and acceptance rates of your leads?

1. Please ensure you are sending the ‘Preferred’ fields from our specs, including:

  • universal_leadid – this is required in Auto Insurance, and many buyers require it in other verticals too
  • ipaddress – this is the IP Address of the consumer, and many clients require it as part of their fraud screening before bidding on a lead

2. Be sure you use special fields where applicable, minimum_price – for full details, please refer to our posting specs.

3. If you have any specific timeout requirements on the ping or post, please ensure you let us know! You can also manipulate each lead individually using the time_limit field – for full details, please refer to our posting specs.

4. If your leads have multiple sources of varying quality, consider splitting them out across multiple vendor_id’s – email us at bizdev@astoriacompany.com to discuss.
